Phone dialer: coming soon
A built-in phone dialer is on the Sendbox roadmap but is not available yet. The plan is simple: call a lead who just replied without leaving Sendbox, with the email thread on screen. Phone numbers and call minutes will be billed separately from your plan. Until it ships, use the unified inbox and webhooks to hand warm leads to the calling tool you already use.
